Does this fit the Hollywood Racks Destination 4 bike rack? A regular 2inch hitch pin is too big.

The Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack # HR4000 is going to require a threaded hitch lock like the Lock # HRLHPT which should have come with the bike rack. A standard locking pin like the Lock # HRLHP2 you found is a full 5/8" diameter to fit the hitch pin hole while the Lock # HRLHPT has a 1/2" diameter threaded section.
