Question:

I have a 2005 dodge 2500 long box quad cab diesel and a Reese 30047 16000lb fifth wheel hitch. I had seen online a install kit with no drilling and the extra wide mount plates for the bed. I was looking for this again and was having troubles finding it. I would like the part number for this kit and if theres one that clamps around the frame And requires no drilling would be ideal. Please advise and the best kit for my application. Thanks

Reese does indeed offer a fifth wheel install kit that uses the longer outboard bed mounting rails and frame brackets that clamp to the truck frame that require no drilling into the frame. You'll need part # RP56011-53.

The # RP50140-58 frame brackets also clamp to the truck frame without drilling, but this kit uses the narrower rails that mount in the truck bed.

To install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, you would use part # HM42137. I've linked you to an install video showing this wiring harness being installed on a 2004 Dodge Ram.
