Can Yakima Overhaul with Tonneau Adapter Fit 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor with OEM Tonneau

Question:

I want to install the Yakima Overhaul HD on my 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor with the factory-installed tonneau cover. My tonneau cover has t-slot that are flushed with the truckbed side rails see image 1. However, I noticed that the tonneau kit base has an L shape since most other tonneau covers are higher than the truckbed side rails. See image 2. My questions is will I be able to cut the Tonneau Kit Base pads so they are straight and on the same level allowing them to be placed on a tonneau cover that is flushed to the turckbed side rails? Some of the installation videos mentioned that those pads are made of rubber and can be cut down but I want to check if this is true for Tonneau Kit 1.

Great question Andrew, so the Yakima Overhaul with T-Slot adapters part # Y01151-5755 that you referenced does fit the OEM Ford tonneau cover you have installed on your 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor as it was confirmed as a fit for the Ford tonneau T-slots. You would be able to trim the pads down flush like you asked about so that the fit is flush.
