Anthony, unfortunately we don't have a master list of all the fits and non-fits for the 5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles # e34SR but you can easily measure the leaf spring that you're replacing to verify.
If your current leaf spring unloaded measures 25 1/4" from center to center between spring eyes and has 1 3/4" wide springs then this will work for you.
