Question:

Hi there, I need to replace the prop rod on my HF650 Leer Tonneau Cover and I’m having difficulty ing the correct product. I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado Trailboss with a 5’ 3/4” bed. The part number you have for that specific bed cover is #LE97FR My current rods measure 16.5” between the center of each socket end. Can you provide me with the correct prop rod part for this? It looks like for the HF650M you'll be needing the Replacement Prop Rod Assembly for Leer Tonneau Covers # LE54MR.

I have a HF650M and was told to order the replacement prop rod LE84MR. What I received is about an inch shorter than what I have. Mine are 16 1/2" long and about 15 5/8" between the mount holes. I don't see measurements on any of the replacement prop rods. Can you recommend one?

@ToddW We don't have the specs on the rods, but we've spoken to LEER directly and they told us the correct replacement prop rods for your HF650M tonneau cover is the Replacement Prop Rod Assembly for Leer Tonneau Covers # LE84MR. What truck do you have?

@BryceD 2021 Ram 1500 Limited 5’ 7” bed, no Ram box and standard tail gate.

@Toddw Gotcha, okay yeah that explains why those prop rods don't fit. Those are for a different truck, you're going to need # LE44MR instead.
