What is the Distance from the Pipe Mount to the Bottom of the Leg on the Trailer Valet JXS Jack?

Question:
can you tell me the distance from the bottom of the foot to the center of the pipe mount? With the jack in its lowest position? Would there be someone who can measure that for me? Tose specs arent 100 clear to me. Or is there a drawing showing what each of those specifications mean?

I would be happy to! The bottom of the foot to the center of the pipe mount is 10-1/2" when retracted and 24-1/2" when fully extended on the Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack w/ Footplate and Drill Powered Option item # TV64FR.
Sorry I do not have a sheet for you or a drawing. I checked with Trailer Valet they don't list torque specs and their direction for installing the bolts is to tighten them until they are fully secure.
