Great question, Adrian!
For your 2005 Ford E-350 set up as a passenger van bus you will need to have a heavy duty universal hitch installed like the Curt # C99CR. This type of hitch installs by welding so you'll need to have a shop or certified welder help you plan out the installation.
If you don't already have a shop you plan on working with we have an installer locator I'm linking to this page for you to reference and see who is in your area to help you with the isntallation.
