To use the Curt A30 5th Wheel Hitch item # C66HR on a 1999 Ford F-550, you're going to need to use the Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails with Installation Kit item # C16200. There are no custom fit kits for the cab and chassis models so these will require some drilling to get set up.
Don't forget your lube plate. The Lube Plate for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10" Diameter item # 16721 will prevent scratches on your fifth-wheel's skid plate and ease trailer hookup.
I saw you were also looking at parts for a 1999 Ford F-350. If the F550 was a typo you can use the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit item # C16443-204. These only work on the 1999 F-250 and F-350s though. They won't work on anything else.
