The max capacity for the Curt Clevis Pin with Handle and Clip # C45804 is not something that has been measured. Steel pins like this have a capacity that far exceeds anything they're used with. The tow vehicle or ball mount would give out long before the pin. It is for this reason that companies like Curt do not typically test for capacity or tensile strength.
