Yes, we have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C92UR which fits your 2024 Honda Civic as long as you don't have a center exit exhaust. If you have the center exit exhaust you will have to modify the exhaust to make any receiver work.
I recommend installing the 4-Way Wiring # C43VV when you install the receiver. This is the most common connector used on most small trailers. And it will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 should you have a hitch mounted accessory like a bike rack which can impair the view of your taillights.
