Recommendation on what torsion hitch. when towing the boat over bridges or just bad roads i get a pretty violent bucking ? boat about 4500 pounds and roughly 350 tongue weight

You can use the Gen-Y Glyder Shock Absorbing Ball Mount # 325-GH-12005 you found for your boat and trailer. While this is optimized for 400-700lbs of tongue weight you can still use it with your 350lbs of tongue weight. This is going to be our best solution to help with your trailer bucking.
