2023 Chevy 1500 ltz 3.0 diesel with a 4 BDS suspension lift. Is there a adapter for SS65FR that will work for my truck?

SumoSprings Solo Helper Springs unfortunately aren't really designed for lifted trucks and the manufacturer only recommends using up to a 2" spacer so the # SS65FR isn't going to be the best solution for you. Instead you'll want to go with an option like the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SSA28. This attaches to the leaf springs and provides extra support for your suspension to prevent sag and reduce sway, without compromising ride quality.
