Best SumoSprings For 2024 Chevy 1500 Pulling Trailer With 650 lb Tongue Weight

What would the recommendation be for me? 2024 silverado 1500. Pulling 6300 lbs and a tongue weight of 650 lbs. Should I use e 1000lb or the 1500lb Sumos?

Hello Bryan, thanks for reaching out. If the total tongue weight of whatever you are hauling is around 650, I recommend going with the 1,000 lb SumoSprings part # SS65FR. This will give you the support and stability you are looking for without making the ride too rough. Just keep in mind these will not work with the Trail Boss or ZR2 models. Or on models with adaptive ride control.
You could use the 1,500 lb and they would give you support but you would be adding additional capacity that you don't need, so it would make the ride less comfortable compared to the 1,000.
