Question:

We have a 2023 sprindale rv trailer are trailer is parked but the water heater botton is showing code error E1

An E1 error code with a Furrion Tankless Water Heater # FR93FR just means that the unit tried to ignite and didn't have enough propane to maintain the flame. You'll want to check that the gas bottle(s) are full and the valves are open first. From there you'd need to have a technician check the water column measurement (pressure) in the line and the regulator to see if it needs to be cleaned out or adjusted. From there I recommend also disconnecting the power for a bit to let the unit reset and then turning it back on.
