I looked up the tire sizes of your 2023 Lexus RX350H and I believe the tire size you have is the 235/60R19 which we do have great options for tire chains for. I would highly recommend the K-Summit chains like the part # TH02230K77 as this option gives you the best rim protection and is only option that doesn't drape over the inside of the tire's sidewall so you don't have to worry about clearance issues either.
If you were wanting something a little more traditional we also have the Konig set part # TH2004705255 which do install pretty easily, provides great traction, and will last a long time as well.
