Question:

ive narrowed it down to the Demco auto slide youve suggested But have couple question on the rhino pin box of my 2022 vengeance/rogue 45foot toy hauler. If after pulling toyhaule I find that my 45foot toy hauler needs some type of air suspension on pin box what are my options with Demco Auto-slide. from some of Forums Ive been reading it sounds like some type of Air suspension pin-box would make the ride a lot smoother n less wear/tear on camper and truck. Your thoughts? If I find I need an air suspension on my pin box. Would I then be better off to keep my current sidewinder truck bed hitch and buy a different sidewinder airborne pin-box to replace the rhino box since I would only be replacing the pin box versus having to buy a new Demco auto slider n a different Air-suspension pin box to replace Rhino box. If yes what Airborne Sidewinder Pin-box would I need to replace my Rhino box on my 2022 Vengeance When I was looking at pull right and Demco auto sliders, I noticed that the Demco has 3-height adjustments, while the Pull-right only has one. What are reasons a person would a low or high hitch point on auto-slider?? Im thinking I would want to keep camper front-end on a low sideless wind resistance so your front end is not so high but theres also gotta be a reason to keep it at the high hitch point? Thanks

While Reese does offer a Sidewinder # RP34FR or Airborne # RP78FR which will replace your Lippert Rhino pin box they do not have a combination Airborne/Sidewinder which will bolt to the mounting arms on your 2022 Vengeance/Rogue toy hauler.

I find it is often best to upgrade the suspension on your 5th wheel which will greatly reduce the amount of chucking on the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550034. The height adjustments on the hitch make it easier to gain the clearance needed between your 5th wheel underbelly and the bed sides on your bed. I find it has become more important with todays trucks bedsides getting taller then they have ever been.

You will need the Demco Autoslide Locking Plate for Lippert Rhino Pin Boxes # DM76FR to use the Demco with your Rhino Pin Box.
