I wasn't able to find anything based on the part number you mentioned but if you have a Lippert Power Gear hydraulic leveling system the correct touch pad replacement is the part # LC58CJ.

If you have a Level Best system you'd need the part # LC47CJ.

The lens you are looking for is the part #30-86-712 which is the correct amber lens for the 86 Series Bargman taillight #30-86-203 thats in your picture.
