It appears we do not carry a hinge that will fit those parameters exactly. We do offer a few 3" wide continuous hinges with a 3/8" pin like the # MA94ZR. This is a stainless steel hinge that measures 6' long overall. Unfortunately we do not offer anything in aluminum that will be 4' long. They will all be 6' or longer. So the # MA94ZR will be the closest thing that we offer.
