Hey Don, thanks for reaching out. We do have 6' long aluminum hinges, but nothing 6" wide. In that size a 4" wide would be our widest. Take a look at the following:
- 4" Wide Continuous Hinge - 6' Long - 3/8" Pin Diameter - Aluminum # MA38JR
This doesn't have any pre-drilled holes, and it is 0.12" thick. I've included a picture with detailed dimensions for your reference.
