Hello, I have just ordered 2 replacement keys G387 for my RV because one of the keys that originally came with the RV broke in the lock. I have a 2022 Venture Sporttek model #STT343VIK. I have looked at so many door locks that I am not sure which one would fit my rv door. Help... Can you please send me the part # or a suggestion for a replacement entry door lock that will fit my particular rv. Eager to hear from someone soon. Thank you!

Based on the appearance and the Global Link G on your lock it definitely looks like the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option # 295-000019. Typically when replacing an entry door lock you need to check the size of your cutout. These companies aren't the best at making it easy to find an exact replacement so this is the only real way to do it.

The # 295-000019 fits door latch cutouts that are 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall. As long as that matches your cutout dimensions you can use this to replace what you have now. Just a heads up, it will come with a random key so we won't be able to match it to the G387 # 295-000166 keys you ordered.

If you have compartment locks that match the G387 it wouldn't hurt to have the extra keys around, especially since one is already broken. If you really wanted everything to match you could choose the keyed alike option and pick up the # 295-000004 you looked at. If it were me I would keep separate keys to save the money.
