Yes, it would fit! The Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket item # C18115 attaches to factory crossbars and is only 37" wide so you will have plenty of room. You will need to adjust the spacing on your crossbars so they 15", 22", or 29" apart on center so the clamps of the basket line up.
