The advantage of the Stealth Hitch # 391TES317 is that the receiver can be removed when you are not using it. With the receiver removed, ground clearance will not be affected at all.
The receiver installs basically directly below the bumper. With the receiver installed ground clearance will be affected. There will be about 7-1/4" from the bottom edge of the receiver to the ground when installed on the 2023 Tesla Model 3.
