The only way to attach a Thule roof rack to your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Hardtop is going to be with a gutter mount solution like the # TH711500 and # TH65BJ. There isn't a way to adapt a Traverse foot to the hardtop of your Wrangler.
