Yes, the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR46ZR can certainly be used with the Lippert Road Armor Equalizers. You will just want to be sure that the stock shackle links on your 2021 Cougar 29RKS are 2-1/4" long when measured center hole to center hole.
