Yes, there is! To add a hitch to your 2003 E-450 Shuttle Bus, I recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 41990-07. This is a universal hitch that can either be welded or bolted on to your Ford. There are no custom fit options available but we have had many customers install this hitch on E-450s.
The Draw-Tite Hitch Receiver item # 41990-07 is a class V hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a massive 16,000 lbs capacity. This one comes with 7" mounting brackets which should put the receiver right below your bumper. If you find you need more of a drop then you can go with the Draw-Tite item # 41990-16 which has 16" drop brackets.
To confirm which one you need you will want to measure downward from the top of the frame until you clear the underside of the bumper. If this distance is less than 14-3/8", the Draw-Tite item # 41990-16 will work great for you. If this distance is less than 5-9/16", you can use the item # 41990-07. Both of these hitches require your frame to be less than 44" wide which should not be a problem.
