Will this product work with a cummins onan 3200 diesel generator ??

The Replacement 90-Degree Exhaust Pipe for Camco Gen-Turi RV Generator Exhaust System # CAM44802 you mention has an inner diameter of 1.53" and an outer diameter of 1.51" and while it wasn't designed for use with your Cummins generator there's a chance it could still work if the dimensions match what you need so you would want to check that.
