Troubleshooting An E1 Error Code On A Furrion Tankless Water Heater

Question:
Why would a furrion thankless water heater light on city water but throws code e1 on pump?checked valves to be open,tanks are full,11inches water column at regulator

After you had the issue did you try testing it on city water again to see if the issue persists? If it's only having this issue when the pump is pushing water then I'd say you have a faulty sensor in the unit and would need to contact Furrion for warranty replacement.
I recommend doing a hard reset by removing the fuse located by the on/off switch for a 15 minutes and then you can reinstall the fuse and turn the unit back on. Since you already checked the gas and found no issue this should be a miscommunication issue. Let me know what you find and we can keep troubleshooting.
