Will 2023 Ram 2500 Aries RidgeStep Running Boards Be Too Rough for Light Footwear

I like how these are more aggressive than the other runners I'm seeing for my 2023 Ram 2500, but I want to make sure that these won't be too aggressive. Obviously boots will be fine, but if I'm wearing house shoes or sandals when I step on these will it be rough?

I definitely see where you're coming from, and the answer to your question is no, the Aries RidgeStep Running Boards w/ Custom Installation Kit # AA2055515 won't feel rough in more casual footwear when you're entering and exiting your 2023 Ram 2500.
The stamped steel treads are a bit more aggressive than the standard grooved rubber pads but the only time you would noticeably feel the punched holes is if you didn't have any shoes on.
