The Rubber Bumper for Enclosed Trailer Ramp Door # 37210715 can fit a washer with a 1" outer diameter and 3/8" inner diameter. The bolt can be anything 3/8" in diameter or smaller and the length is going to depend on how thick of a ramp door you're attaching it to.
