Troubleshooting Curt Echo Not Connecting To iPhone 13 and Changing From Blue To Green Flashing Light

Question:
Question about 51180 brake controller. Downloaded “OneControl auto” app. Plugged in controller. Blue light flashes. Controller is not found on IPhone 13. Then light turns to green, flashing. Never had this problem with first controller. Location services on, app in location services. F150 running and in park. Help!

It sounds like you may have something wrong internally with the Curt Echo # C51180. The device should only flash blue when a trailer is not connected and the device is not connected. It should only switch to the flashing green when a trailer is connected but the device is not not connected. If plugging in the trailer is what you are doing when it switches to green do be sure to check your phone settings and ensure the bluetooth is enabled as that is the only portion for the phone which you did not mention. Please let me know if this has been checked already otherwise you will need to contact Curt or the retailer you acquired the controller from to begin the warranty process.
