Yes, the etrailer # e93ZR will fit your 2024 Nissan Rogue. This Class III hitch has a bolt-on installation. Keep in mind, installation of any aftermarket hitch has the potential to cause issues with your Rear Automatic Braking system resulting in the brakes engaging while backing up.
If you plan on towing you will also need wiring and a ball mount. For wiring, you can use the Tekonsha # TK76FR. This will give you a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights. Then for a ball mount check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball along with a bag for storage.
