Question:
I need a winch for my aluminum trailer which carries my 500 lb flat bottomed fiberglass river driftboat. I need an electric synthetic rope winch about 3000 to 4000 pounds. I need a wireless remote because I will because Ill be down the embankment hooking everything up. Im scared of wire rope so I am requesting synthetic. Ill also be getting the 2 gauge wire kit to wire my 2016 Ford F-250 4 door Super Duty. Can you give me some appropriate winch choices? Rope with a range of 50 feet would be perfect.

Unfortunately the winches that we offer with a synthetic rope for this weight class either come with a wired remote or no remote at all so you'd have to go a bit higher to the 5k capacity ComeUp UW-5000si Trailer Winch # CU645010. The wireless remote included with this winch is waterproof and has a 90' range. The synthetic rope has a 1/4" diameter and is 50' in length.
I've attached a short video below where I'll walk you through installing the winch and general usage.
