Can A Progressive Dynamics Inverter Be Used In A Cabin  

Hello. This may be difficult for you to answer but let’s give it a shot. I want to install a Progressive Dynamics 2000 Watt Inverter w/ Transfer Switch Item # PD64FR in my off the grid cabin. The cabin is wired like a house and uses a Honda 2000i inverter generator to power the cabin. I’d like to use the Progressive Inverter that would be connected to the bank of 4 lead acid 6 volt batteries that will provide the 12volt power. I can’t use Lithium batteries because the cold temperatures will effect them in a negative way so I’m using deep cycle 6 volt batteries. I already have the batteries setup under the cabin and they power 12volt lights, 12volt ceiling fans, RV water pump, and supply power for the RV propane water heater. During the day the generator runs most of the time. I have a regular automotive automatic battery charger hooked up to the batteries to charge them when the generator is running. I’d like to install this Progressive #PD64FR to be able to use the TV, my dads anti snore breathing machine thing, and other electronics at night without the need for the generator. Will the automatic transfer switch built into this Progressive Inverter work in this scenario? I will be adding solar into the equation eventually to maintain the batteries in my absence and to help charge the batteries during the day when there isn’t much call for electric. The Honda doesn’t use much fuel, that’s not my concern. I rack up lots of hours on the generator so I’m trying to eliminate some run time on it and I like the peace and quiet when it’s not running. I know this is probably not a normal scenario for you guys but I figured maybe y’all would have some input. Thank you
