Id like to upgrade our 205/65-10 pop-up trailer tires 5 lug to something slightly larger, with an E load range. What do you recommend? Thank you!

The next step up from 205/65-10 would be a 12 inch wheel and tire. Since you want load range E you would need the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10140.
This tire measures 21.3" in diameter and 5.7" wide; that's less width than your current tires, but about an inch more in diameter. You would also need a new wheel, the Taskmaster Steel 8-Spoke Trailer Wheel # TA49RR.
This wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern so be sure that's what you have; I have added a link below to a printable bolt hole pattern template if you aren't sure what your bolt pattern is.
