The Flint Hill Goods 22" x 49" Cargo Carrier # FHG27ZR will require some assembly. I actually had the chance to assemble one personally not too long ago. Installation was very straightforward, and only slightly time consuming due to the amount of hardware.

The base and the top rail are separate pieces and you will have to install the upright braces, top rail and reflectors. I believe it is 22 screws/nuts in total. If you have a cordless drill with a 5/16" socket and a Philips head screwdriver it will make your life a lot easier. I imagine with the right tools it would take less than 30 mins to put together.

The picture below will show you all of the individual pieces laid out prior to assembly.
