Your typical 6.90/6.00-9 tire like the # AM10040 has an outer diameter of 21.1" and a 6.5" section width. For a similar size in a wheel and tire combo I recommend the # AM31199DX for white, # AM35354 for black, or # AM31202 for galvanized.

This combination has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern with ST145/R12 tires. These tires have an outer diameter of 21.3" so you will only lose approximately 0.1" of clearance on the top and a 5.7" section width so they are a bit narrower. The max load rating is 1,220 lbs at 65 psi and these have a speed rating of M for 81 mph.

The one thing that does not match is the 3.19" pilot diameter. If you truly need a 3.5" pilot diameter we don't carry any wheels that would work without a drastic size increase. As long as the opening is large enough to fit over the hub it won't be a problem if the hole is slightly smaller.
