Question:

We have the Trek Verve+3 e-bikes with front fenders. Fenders are pretty short extending about 5 1/2 inches from the neck/front fork. Can the NV2.0 be used with these bikes without clamping on the fender itself. To me it looks like it would work fine.

Yes, you certainly can use the Kuat NV 2.0 to transport your Trek Verve+3 e-bikes. After looking thru a few pictures of these bikes, it is clear that the front fenders are short enough to where you will be able to securely attach the hook to the front tire. You will want to attach as close to the fender as you can without risking making contact. This way the hook will stay positioned on the "inside" of the axle.

I see that you were looking at the Matte Black version of the Kuat NV 2.0 # BA22B, which I must say is a great choice. I have been using the NV 2.0 2 bike as my personal rack for about 3 years now, and I can honestly say it is the best bike rack I have ever owned. It is extremely durable, it looks awesome, and the customer service at Kuat is top notch.
