SumoSprings or Timbrens For 2023 GMC Sierra 3500 Towing 5th Wheel Trailer

I asked a question the other day about suspension enhancement on my 2023 gmc 3500hd towing a 12,000 pd. 5th wheel about 2500 pounds of pin weight he suggested sumo springs ssr-203-40-2 but I was reading other questions and other experts were suggesting timbren springs so I am confused on what to get for my truck I do want to keep factory ride when not towing thank you.

Since you want to keep your factory ride as much as possible on your 2023 GMC Sierra 3500, definitely still go with the initial recommendation of the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSR-203-40-2.
The Timbren # TGMRCK25D will do the job, but are going to be much harsher. They are made of a hollow rubber that is very dense and you'll 100% feel it more than the SumoSprings when travelling with your trailer or unloaded. Keep in mind you will still feel the SumoSprings engage, but it won't be the "Thud" you'll get with the Timbrens. They compress based on the weight, so if you hit a speed bump or something similar you'll still feel it but it won't be jarring like the Timbrens.
So I absolutely recommend sticking with the SumoSprings # SSR-203-40-2.
