I have a 2023 Ram 4500 dually and would like to know what valve extenders would work on this model with 19.5inch tires

The correct valve extenders for your 2023 Ram 4500 will depend on a couple of factors. First we'll need to determine the correct angle so that the extenders can sit properly and then we'll need to determine how they need to be mounted. If you have a hub cover to rivet the mounting bracket to then you can use the 90 degree # WM8001 or 135 degree # WM8001-135. For a hand hole mount you can use part # WM8009, and for a wheel cover mount you can use part # WM8208.
