Draw-Tite's fitment guide has no stipulations on sub models for the 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 so you would be able to install the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT44HR. You will have to trim the fascia and if you have an AEV or Warn front bumper with the winch in it you'll be replacing the winch with the hitch.
