We have several adapters for a 6 pin round plug. It sounds like your 1999 Ford F350 is equipped with a 6 round plug. If so, you can use the adapter # 337TC1067P to go from a 6 pin round to a 7 way. Or you can use # PK12717 to go from a 6 pin round to a 4 flat.
If you are looking for an adapter for a trailer with a 6 pin round plug, you can use the # HM47570, which would plug in to a 7 way plug on your truck, and allow you to plug in a trailer end 6 pin round plug.
