We have suspension enhancement that fits your 2011 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 and will work great like with the RAS kit part # RAS3620 but there aren't any air bag kits that fit.
I really like the RAS kits because they require zero maintenance, install easy, provide great support, and unlike other options improve ride quality and stability.
