Can you assist in troubleshooting a solution to powering a Buyers 0093500 Electric Jack from my 2017 Ford F150? Appreciate your help

Yes I can. But from previous experience with your truck I am going to assume your 12 volt 7-way accessory circuit is giving your problems powering the Buyers Products Jack # 3370093500 since it requires a trailer connection for it to be active. So to save yourself the headache and hassle your best option is going to be to bypass the factory wiring for this circuit. You'll want to run 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 from the 1:00 position of your 7-way through a breaker like part # 9510 and it will be active all the time.
