How is Top Cover of LED Porch Light for RVs Removed to Access Base Screws
Published 09/19/2023 >
Question:
I have a 10 year old Leisure Travel Van motorhome. The Euro Styled porch light needs to be replaced. One bulb burnt out and there is some funkinessinch on the inside of the bottom of the clear lens. Your LED product looks like an EXACT match! except its black. On the existing OEM there are 3 tabs one on each side and one center top..just like your replacement product. Im stumped on how to remove the housing cover without tearing it up and possibly breaking something. Is there a trick to removing the cover to gain access to the mounting screws? I wish you had an installation video I would like to do this before I order the part. Thanks!

There is a tab on the top of the Porch Light part # DG52526PB that you will push down with a small slot screwdriver which will allow the cover to pull forward and give you access to the mounting screws on the base of the light.
