Mounting Hole Dimensions of Demco Coupler Part # DM15945

Question:
The drawing with the bolt pattern dimensions are not clear. I have a two bolt hole coupler and I would like to see if this product would be a compatible fit with my trailer. My specific concern is what is the actual dimension from the centerline of the bolt holes to the OUTSIDE dimension of the coupler. I cannot tell on your drawing if this dimension is the outside or inside dimenson.

On the Demco coupler part # DM15945 the upper mounting holes are separated by 3 inches and the lower hole is right in the middle of those two at 1-1/2 inches from left to right. The rear hole is 1 inch from the back of the coupler. This is a dimension from the center of the rear hole to the very back of the coupler.
