We don't have any way of knowing what axles are on any one trailer so can't directly answer if the Torflex Lift Kit - Tandem Axle # K71-725-02 will fit. To determine the correct lift kit for your trailer you'll need to know the axle you have, which you can find via a sticker directly on the axle. The aforementioned kit is for #12 Torflex axles with 5,500-7,000-lb capacities.

That kit is unlikely to be correct for your 2023 Terra Oasis though, as when I googled it the specs came back as having a 7,500 lb GVWR, so it wouldn't have axles with such a high capacity. It is far more likely you would have lower rated axles, so for example if you had #10 Torflex axles with 2,300 to 4,000-lb capacities you would use the Torflex Lift Kit - Tandem Axle # K71-707-02.
