I recommend installing the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e46YR on your 2023 Lexus GX 460. This receiver bolts directly to your factory bumper with the included hardware. It has a matte black finish which I find looks better on vehicles than the gloss finish other manufacturers use.
The ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT will give you a 4-way flat trailer connector. This is the most common connector found on small trailers you might tow and will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 in the situations where your hitch mounted accessories impair the view of your tail lights.
