Published 09/11/2023 >
Question:
Hello, I have a 12v lithium battery motorbike. Using the noco 1 charger it no longer goes green as it used to. It is always deeming red and wont go above 13.10voltstesting with a multimeter after days the charger shuts off its self. I turn it on again and same thing .. it just deems red. There is nothing else connected to the battery . Just the noco 1 genius charger.

While the NOCO Genius Charger part # 329-GENIUS1 is lithium battery compatible the lithium battery would need to have battery management or a BMS system. It sounds like your battery does not have that. You might check to make sure the charger didn't get switched into AGM mode.
