Good morning, My vehicle- 2023 Volvo XC40 My question is about the proper length of the Thule Wingbar Evo that would allow enough space on the rack to carry two kayaks in the Horizontal position. The kayaks are a max width of 29. The kayaks racks are the Thule DockGlides. Thank you

I checked with Thule for your 2023 Volvo XC40 with flush rails, you will want the 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars item # TH711420. This crossbar is 6" longer than the 47" WingBar Evo item # TH711220 that is recommended for your Volvo. You'll have just enough room to transport two 29" wide kayaks horizontally using the Thule DockGlide Kayak Carrier item # TH896.
