Where is Install Harness Location for Curt Trailer Wiring 2020 Lexus RX 350L

Question:

Where are the 10- and 4-pin connectors on a 2020 Lexus RX 350L? The Highlander video is different enough to be useless. Behind the bumper, the 350L has some air ducting, no pin connectors. Is the 10-pin the one on the drivers side under the tray? If so, how is it disconnected from the wall? Where is the 4-pin located? Please include photos in your response or a video specific to the 2020 RX 350L. Thanks.

It is supposed to be in the area you are pointing to where the tray is removed. Since yours isn't there I would assume it's buried a little further under other tray/interior panels and you would need to dig a little further and see if maybe it settled further away and just out of reach which is pretty common.
